I looked this up, and it includes the following for £11.99:
2500 Gems.
A Series of Buildings that will provide you with infinite resources (I am guessing Watermills and Recyclers).
Exclusive Battle-Hardened General.
It shouldn't surprise anyone that Ubisoft is doing this. Its a great way for them to make money, and introduce the game to a wider audience.
Haven't seen this yet.
