cant get on

i log in hit play and screen goes to a white screen and sits acts like its loading and then nothing.

I am having the same problem. I cleared the cache and reloaded, and still cannot get in.

i was told that my flash player was out of date i went to update and found i was already updated but i still cant get n

ive updated everything tried different browsers etc. nothing. cleaned out the cache etc etc still can not get on..

I am checking in on what could possibly be causing this. I will post an update once I get some information.

Are any of you using any browser add-on's such as No Script?

I am using Firefox with Noscript and advast. I turned both off, made sure everything was up to date, and I cannot get in. I am still getting the white screen. I have used Noscript the whole time, with UBI approved, and have had no problems.

No Script and similar programs would normally not cause this issue, I just would like to rule some things out. Thank you for the information Ornias.

When the screen goes white does the URL change at all? If so can you please post it for me so I can check it.
