I am having the same problem. I cleared the cache and reloaded, and still cannot get in.
i was told that my flash player was out of date i went to update and found i was already updated but i still cant get n
ive updated everything tried different browsers etc. nothing. cleaned out the cache etc etc still can not get on..
I am checking in on what could possibly be causing this. I will post an update once I get some information.
I've been having the same problem all day, in more than one browser (Chrome, IE.) Thanks for checking, MrGrimm.
Are any of you using any browser add-on's such as No Script?
I am using Firefox with Noscript and advast. I turned both off, made sure everything was up to date, and I cannot get in. I am still getting the white screen. I have used Noscript the whole time, with UBI approved, and have had no problems.
No Script and similar programs would normally not cause this issue, I just would like to rule some things out. Thank you for the information Ornias.
When the screen goes white does the URL change at all? If so can you please post it for me so I can check it.
I login using the Facebook sign in if that helps.

i get hte same addresses i get the screen with the guy holding the sball and it loads all the way but thats it. it wont load the game screen

I'm also using the Facebook login, and I've tried on more than one computer (both of which were fine playing yesterday, and that I've made no changes to.) I click the Play button, it tries to load, and then stops with just a white screen.
When I request details on the problem in IE, I get this:

Yep I have the same thing, I am in the middle of the last cup and hope you all can pause me until this is fixed! Any new news?
I get same thing as NeonGreen. Loading bar does seem to hang awhile in the red right at start, but after a few mins loading completes. Then nothing. No game page. Just loading screen with guy holding the ball. Tried in FF, then tried in Opera. I did notice in Opera the status toolbar showed game was still downloading for awhile after bar showed complete, but once that went away it still didn't continue on to game page.
I'm going to lose Match 4 over this. Time is going to run out and all I had left was goalie :>(
I've been trying to get in for last 15 hours. I give up for tonight. Please update us when you can.
This is really agravating. It keeps hanging up. I really need to get on to turn off my gold chain. Buffs ran out six hours ago and I can't get on to turn it off. All my mines will be exhausted and I can't even get the 25 per cent back. We need a law against this. If only there was an automatic, buffs run out, production should stop.
yeah this is aggrivating indeed.. this is one of the few things i get to do everyday for myself i couldnt play yesterday and cant play today... and the url changes from home to play and goes white nothing else..

No updates yet. I was emailing support yesterday, and they have passed it on to the development team.
I'm getting the same thing.. Now we are at day 2 of the white screen. I just started a 48 hour adventure on Wednesday and I'm sure it will be timed out by the time I can get logged in. Sigh....
We are still working on getting this fixed, this is the first thing on my list today.
I had this problem yesterday morning also and after futzing with it for 4 hours, somehow managed to get it going. But a few hours later, flash crashed and I was back to having a white screen again. I tried downgrading my flash player (since being up to the latest was not helping) and that has not helped either. I have the same problem with both IE and Firefox. Currently, I am back up to the latest version of Flash with no help. I have cleared cache, cookies, restarted, etc to no avail

It appears that one of the routines being called is not defined - not sure whether this is in Flash or in settlers
Looking into what I can see oif the source - this is the offending line

Unfortunately, I can't get into the loaded files to see if the routine might be in there. Could it be that the server we are being sent to to get these files doesn't have the latest version of the code?
I just tested that theory by going to the test server and I get the same thing from the test server so I would say that is not it. It appears (just a theory) that the version of flash we are using has eliminated a procedure that is expected.
I have tried the previous version of flash, and I still get the same white screen. I updated back, and it makes no difference. I am using Firefox, noscript, adblock, and advast for antivirus.

Managed to play about 6 hours ago but when i came back its back to the white screen again. Im using Chrome's Incognito to play settlers so i dont have to clear cache everytime i play the game

I did notice that the download website is different. Plus, I deleted the previous cache from flash and the site that is now storing Flash files is different. (But matches current download site.) Sadly, clearing flash cache didn't help either :>(
Probably means nothing but I thought I'd make a note of it anyway.

Just uninstalled Flash 11.3 and then reloaded 11.2, no difference. Still white screen of death. Thanks for the update Mr. Grimm. How about replanting all my wheat fields and wells :)
i figuared out how to make mine work this might work for some of u. go to tool in ur browser then developer tools then clear the the cache. thats what makes mine work and it works for both my browsers
Yeah, I have tried clearing the cache, cookies, everything, no dice.
