In my last 21 forays out for a medium adventure, I have received 2 Sons of the Veldt, an Outlaws, and 18 map frags. At 2100 gold and 3150 sausages, I'm beginning to wonder if the explorers or the game are worth it.
If it doesn't pick up soon, I may have to consider the unthinkable; STOP PLAYING!
Hi Smurdley. I'm new to the game, so I can't answer your question. Can you please explain to me how you spent 2100 gold and 3150 sausages one or more explorers. Thanks for the help.

To send an Explorer out to find a medium length adventure cost 100 gold coins and 150 sausage each. The return on investment hasn't been very good lately. I used to get Nords or Black Knight and such once in a while, but not lately.
medium search costs 30 coins not 100. You've spent 830 coins total searching. Not as bad as you thought it was

I went 21 days 1 time without finding anything better than Witch of the Swamp, and then found 5 straight Nords. It is frustrating, but hang in there it will get better. Currently I am on a 7 day streak of SOTV, Secluded Experiments and VTV

They can EXPLORE new sectors.
They can hunt for treasure.
They can search for adventures.
Searching for adventures costs coins and sausage.

Just as an update, 12 more forays out with the explorers and I've gotten 2 Horsebacks. Tell me we're not being throttled! Or else I'm going through an incredible dry spell!
it is one part of the game it wont make or break you i make it by with 1 adventure every 10 times i send him out at least you get some adventures so deal with it
when I first started adventuring I went 27 map frags (9 searches) before I found any adventure....thought I was doing something wrong... sometimes it just works out that way.
I'm now out some 60+ mid-explorer trips for a handful of DP, SOTV, & Outlaws and map frags. This is getting ridiculous.
