So today I have a gold mine that since the update went into play in sector 9 that is sitting at 1300+ gold ore won't activate.
Its sitting with "zzz" and its in an active state. I stop it, it says production stopped. I start it, it says production: Status: Working: Production Time: N/A
mhmmm what? BB care to answer? Anyone else having this problem?
I had that same issue with a copper mine. I ended up tearing down the copper mine, rediscovering the mine, then it wouldn't let me build a new copper mine. I had a coking plant very close to the location of that copper mine, so I tore it down (was a level five *sob*) and moved the coker to a new location. Then I was able to build the copper mine and it is working fine.

I am having the same problem with a gold min in S9!!!!!!!!!!
And it is buffed with a snack buff.
Somebody please help.

my golmine same thing - i think there is another building to close and with the new pathing my settler can't get out now - i have to tear down the building and move it - also my farmers take new paths now so two farms are farming one field - have to tear down half my farms and move them to get efficiency back - dumb
So I had a gold mine & a level 4 butcher both occupying 1/2 the same space. This was the reason the mine wasn't working, or so I was told.
BB replaced the materials needed to get another butcher from level 1 to level 4, excellent support. However, tearing down the butcher and then stopping/starting the gold mine has done nothing, as seen in the attachment.
Its 'working' but no progress bar and has been sitting at that same spot with 1330 gold ore for 3+ hours....
Hmm I wonder if this will affect my gold mine in s9 that is sharing a half space with a coinage.

This is how mine was. I removed the building after another guild mate with the same problem deleted his building (his was a storehouse, not as pivotal as a L4 butcher). Sadly it didn't fix anything *sigh* hopefully they respond soon... I'm hoping the answer isn't "tear down the goldmine"Quote:

ok so they got back to me and said it's because there is a building in front of that one blocking workers path. That building needs to be destroyed. Ok what if that building took a lot of materials to make? Shouldn't we get compensated for it?

My update, still doesn't work. The sleep animation is gone and there is now a total production time but there is no progress bar and no gold ore has been processed by the mine.
The told me to keep them sleeping for 10 minutes (to allow the mines to reset ?!?) and also delete cookies/cache. I did, but no luck...
Has anyone heard gotten an update yet? It's been 4 days with half gold production for me.
Had the same issue, and the same response. Luckily it was a Coal mine and a Nobles that were at issue. Tore down and moved the nobles, but also had to tear down the mine, rediscover and rebuild it to get it to work. Simply moving the Nobles in front did not allow the mine to resume, even after a refresh.
This would be a major problem with a stocked mine, something support will have to assist with further.
i had to remove and wait for a week for the next maintenance to get mine to work again
i think they went to far by doing the block on on are building
it wasn't easy to do the overlap and i thought it was part of the game.
if it wasn't why did they take so long to attend to it
it was a new added challenge like an easter egg for say to extend are building space.
