Frozen buffs

I have had buffs freeze on my 3 times so far. Once while I was selling baskets to a player I had a basket buff freeze and lost the basket and payment since I was unable to complete the order in a timely manner (had to make a new basket). A second time was when I was using buffs from daily quest login and treasure hunts one of the buffs froze. Just now I have had 2x25citizens buffs freeze. The first 2 times this happened I eventually deleted the frozen buffs as they sat cluttering my star tab for days.

Logged out for awhile and when I came back they where both normal.
