Sector 6 Clearing Guide clarification needed please

this is what is posted on the Island Clearing Guide for Sector 6.

A couple of questions......

There is only 1 position for the garrison posted on the map. Do you need two Generals? Are there 2 waves for this attack? Or do you need to have a Veteran General to attack this sector?

you dont need to kill him there a camp with rangers only if you defeat it and you position you general right you can go right into chuck camp
