Adventure Guide Event Posts

Hey Guys,

I am not trying to silence your objections. In fact, I appreciate the feedback! I need it in order to push feedback to the developers. What I am trying to do is get it off of this event thread. I understand that everyone is a bit heated, but I think that there was ultimately a misunderstanding with what was communicated. We are NOT taking out advanced blocking. We are not trying to ruin your game experiences. The only changes that were made was the change in pathing.

Please give me your feedback in the thread here.

I will be deleting these posts tomorrow, but I really hope you understand that I am in no way trying to diminish the issue. I simply am trying to keep this event thread clean and organized.

Hmmm, did you try ASKING? No, not until after the comments appeared here, and you deleted them. And you didn't even comment on deleting them until people called you out on it. Yet you think there was a "misunderstanding with what was communicated." Find a mirror and look in it. There's your problem, right there.

Now Kate, how long exactly do you think it took me to create that guide? Many many runs through the adventure, and more losses than I can ever care to remember. Know that with your companies latest bs scam to ruin all our hard work, things like this will likely never be done again. So thank you for ruining the better part of 3 months worth of work.

Tomorrow I will be moving all of these posts to a new thread. I know you guys are frustrated, and we do want your feedback. Again, these changes were implemented to fix bugs in the game, not to spite players.

advanced blocking does indeed still work, however single recruit blocking no longer works; as soon as the general with the single rec is defeated, the attacking general jumps out of the leader camp and heads to the camp that was being blocked. most of you already know this. my point is, i'm not sure if they're tryin to do away with blocking altogether, or just the single recruit blocks. i personally have always felt single recruit blocks were a bit cheap, and i always enjoyed finding the best advanced block possible for a camp instead. due to my enjoyment of this, and with it being a large chunk of the strategy that goes into doing adventures, if advanced blocks become no longer possible due to future changes, i will be quitting this game, as lvling will become even more of a grind than it already is. those of you who are in agreement on this, especially those of you who buy gems on a fairly regular basis, please post your agreement to this. maybe if enough people speak out as being against it, we can prevent it from happening

Doesn't matter. Deleting the posts in the first place was wrong. (I see they have been put back like nothing ever happened) Sort of the last straw with game. My wife and I are shutting down our islands tonight. It was a lot of fun before you guys started telling us what was best for us. Several other games out there to spend our money on. Yes, we spent money here. It's a shame tho, so close to level 50.

And before anyone tries to use it, The guide Xenith was in a hurry to post first does not take into account the new pathing. Just so you don't lose units without doing your own estimations and calculations.

Do these guides have to ONLY be guides that use the new pathing?

If so, then Xenith's 2 guides in the beginning may need to be pulled from the contest. The Outlaws one does have a normal block in it that for sure no longer works. As for the BK one that he posted, i'm not sure yet on what the proper pathing would be with the new system, or if the blocks work the way they are posted on that guide. *CONFIRMED: his pathing on the BK guide IS NOT for the new pathing... my opinion is it should not be counted towards the competition.
