I'll get both younger generals, but it depends how you use MMAs. They're pretty bad at 1r sacs. If you're doing higher unit count sacs, they can do more damage for fewer losses. Could be better than Nusala. I'm not sure how useful that is for my purposes (not very usually), but I do see in some instances where they provide value.
The real question is "How will EJ skill him?" My notes: Juggernaut continues to be useless, as he already has splash. First aid and jog are givens, navigation most likely (though you can swap with recruit maker or something). Overrun, sniper training, and rapid fire don't fit his "style" - but Just a Flesh Wound seems a given if he's mainly a sac gen (1up like nus?). Battle Frenzy and Unstoppable charge, confident leader, seem kinda useless if he doesn't fight more than one round usually. Garrison annex is a must, weekly maintenace seems pointless. Cleave is almost interesting; would have to consider ES sacs I guess. And for the top level, I don't see any option besides 1up really; as he already gives a 10% bonus to his troop type. Maybe there's an argument for lightning slash, especially if it hits even if he "dies" during that round.
Sea Snake Boris guide
Does it have to be run on platinum or better? L7 block failed twice, Sv got intercepted
Note the positioning - there's a "phantom" major there that isn't used - if you place your gen there instead of the marked one it will fail. Otherwise two regulars (40s) should be fine without any horseshoes at all.
Does anyone use the Weather Control Station on any adventure with Evil_J's guides?
Very strange - are they pathing differently?
Has anyone asked Evil_J how he plans on skilling and using the Younger Gemini generals?
Both the younger and older Gemini generals :)
BB needs a week of free rebook day for gens and scouts. Fix the science tree for scouts to include the upper level stuff. If I understand it properly, they end at very long, I'm unsure if they include the prolong stuff. I could be wrong though on that part. They could and just not have that included in the wording. But a rebook week would be great ;}
Older is skilled like a Boris (which is an alternate skilling for a Major, too, provides a bit more hit).
Rumor has it Younger is skilled:
3 on jog/first aid/rapid fire
2 on fast learner, 3 on flesh, 3 on nav
3 on annex 1 master planner
and basically seems to be used as a BHG replace.
UPDATE
- updated gen skills 2.0, added both geminis and revised major, anslem and vargus, this should change for worse any guide
- added guides with geminis for EQ campaign, lost city and one step ahead
Also, i just counted and have 251 guides posted, some more are planned to be done soon-ish. As you can image this takes alot of time from me and now i dont have as much of it, but will try to keep going. A few players have suggested and now i decided to do it, and added a link at the bottom of the first page to my paypal account to accepte any donations, so if anyone wants to buy me a beer ill be grateful :p
I can't find the paypal link, but I'll keep searching. I'll be interested to see your young gemini usage, I went with 1Up because he already gives 10% accuracy to defensive units.
Oh it's the giant Paypal logo. I found it. (lol)
Ah I see - using bowmen instead of recruits - I may play around with r or m sacs instead.
C10 Red Riding Hood should be YG I think.
Yeah, ran some sims and see that. Your new Snow White is beautiful.
Time to respec some gens!
So, i assume those changes should not affect old guides from attacking perspective, based on the fact that it's less healing and combat speed, but plus to unstoppable charge
BCity guide for Boris has to be fixed as well, L15 needs Boris, not Sv
I would bet the decision to use SV on L15 has something to do with economy of motion. Boris is being used for a lot of central camps before and after L15, so there'd be a lot of walk waiting to accommodate your suggestion. If the additional XP is worth the walk for you, then by all means, swap in Boris (same troops listed for the SV works fine).
Hm, not quite sure how it works for you, unless i missed Sv rebooking. 20MS 175MM for L15 causes 96MM loss on average
Picture from Combat Sim
youre right, not sure what happened, its still meant to be Sv, changed to 225mm like the older guide
UPDATE
- fixed typo in BC boris guide
- added sc in summer guide;
- added sc in fall guide, this guide introduces a few small visual changes for better readability;
Also thanks to everyone who donated through paypal! cheers
Snow White gemini guide :
- has L1 w1 shown as Medic in the payload section, but MMA in the down section describing blocks
- does not say Boris is a required general
For Hansel and Gretel geminis guide, the L6 is always making losses for MM like this:

I follow your skills except for YG last skill I have 1up, I can do attack to L3, replacing the second MMA with YG + 7MS, and the OG having 2MS 293MM, losses only 6-7MS, instead of 8MS and 35M.
Oh, also if I attack with current setup for L3 (2 MMA waves + 8MS, 35M and 252MM) I lose some MM as well.
For extra XP, attack the camp under C2 and L1 (lets call it C2a), with 1 wave Mary, Mary will kill C2 and C2a with 0 losses
How are people using the new Steadfast generals? Similar to the YGG? As sac waves?
I used her for a full clear of GB, turning K into cav basically.
Can you make a full run Princess Boris guide, please?
Evil did make a full Princess guide with Borris that he shared with guild, but did not posted on his list.
There's benefits to be in the guild. Hint, hint, nudge, nudge ... say not more ... :p
Difficult when you're not in the Zeus server :-(
Zeus is calling :)
It's not hard to make a full princess guide out of his last few princess guides.
SteadFast can be a main general look at certain camps that you would have to use multi waves attacks (Nus+Maj) of the sort on Sea Snake you will see it can be a main attack general.
Yes you could use her has sac wave but on certain adventure she shine has a main attack general no need for sac on certain camp and really reduce loses.
i used the same main skill has Boris, OG for ST..
Steadfast can also be a really solid blocker, 3 or 4 minutes on some camps.
Cloaked General. 10% accuracy. Is he just another Mad Scientist?
