ban policy clarification please

BB_Kataelyst, i jus read the ban policy, and you mentioned permanent ban infractions, and i was wondering what that would include. i know multi-accounting is probly incuded in that, as it should be. perhaps i missed it when reading the ToS, but i just figured its probly a good idea to get a clarification of what rules people could possibly break that would result in an instant permanent ban, that way no1 is surprised if it happens to them, and hopefully they wont end up flaming the fb page or anythng when it happens
