Game Not Loading

my game will not load. went to refresh when it wouldn' load home map after sending troops back home, now game will not load. it just says initializing queue

Game not loading since PM Tuesday. Goes to Tip of the Day and stops.

I've been having the same problems, and when I finally do get into the game the chat servers are down. The tabs show up, but there is no chatter. (Been like this for about two hours now)
