Somehow while trading (gifting adventures for weapons and granite) at the beginning of yesterdays, 7-31, spurious outage I lost 1 Black Knight and 5 Nords; trade being made to Xenith. Thats a few gems lost, the gems were subtracted from my gem cache and not replaced when going online today PM 8-1. Can you help
