I have been "banned" once but it was only for an hour and it was by a BB but it says that in the ban policy that the first time is 24 hours can you explain this to me.

We do not discuss bans on the forums. If you would like to discuss your ban, please contact Customer Support directly.
Lol your record is not clean, the more you bs the more your ban time will increase unless the BB decides to give you a chance by "clearing" your record.
I suggest you contact BB who got you banned, with an apology.
What the hell do i know about a ban? ... Experience ;)
