I have been stuck in an adventure since Thursday, right after maintenance. I have submitted tickets, sent mail to CL and other than a canned answer I have received nothing. I am level 50 player, very active and on premium. Going into 5th day without adventures or generals and I am more than "a little" upset. I would like a solution or at least a response today please. This is very poor Customer service in my opinion.

I am still locked out , I was sending troops on an adventure and I got locked out. I had been experiencing crashes every 5-7 mins over the past 3 days. I just recently began playing again after about a 6 month leave and not this happens? Not sure I will keep playing if I can't get stable game play.
I'm locked as well and tried clearing the cache!
Ok...is BB simply not monitoring this thread? We've had no response at all. I've emailed support. It's hours later...nothing.

Just crashed once again! I was moving Ice mansions to make room for newly acquired Fairy Tale Castle. I have a bug and want it exterminated. At least I did everything else I wanted to do before moving buildings.

wow seems more ppl r locked out then i thought maybe this will open their eyes to how bad there game is bugged. day 4 almost 5 for me being locked out.
This is sad, really sad. A classic on how to kill a game.
