Two members of my guild are "locked" in a Nords since the server zone issues of last week. I also find this unacceptable. Does customer support not realize that a simple.."we are working on your issue, the problem is "such and such", instead of canned responses such as "go read forum" is what we deserve? This makes you wonder if they really do not care about the community that plays this game, day in and day out, and spends hard earned money on gems. Quirks and little bugs are often chuckled away, and we still play...but for how much longer? 5 days, multiple tickets, emails, queries, all going unanswered...unacceptable. BBs? CLs? Where are you?
