Server Zone crashed

Been trying to log into the game for a week now and all it says is Server Zone crashed. I created a new account and I can log in on the new account just fine, so obviously this is server/game related. I've emailed Tech Support and I'm not really getting anywhere. I'd like to get some answers why this happened and when I will be able to resume my game (I've acctually dropped a few bux on some gems and now I'm starting to regret that I've put any money into a game that I can't play). Very disappointed.

I've tried 6 different machines now, my cell phone, and I reinstalled my computer's OS and same crap is happening so yeah, once again, don't think it's being caused by anything on my end.

its on Ubi man, i was in a guild and it happened to a member he was out about 2 weeks due to it i have no idea really what to tell ya man other than ull just have to ride it out

OMG Im having same problem! Im a guild leader this is not cool. I can't log in and when my husband goes to my island it says the zone is not available and kicks him.

im having a same problem since last night. keeps messaging the server called failed.

Having the same problem. Posted the same thing on every server zone crash forum. Im still looking for someone to answer or help me with my error.

Wanted to replace 2 noble residences with 2 Frozen mansions, so I removed the nobles and before dropping the FMs, I visited a friend island. When I wanted to go back to my home island, the Load island message was displayed much longer than expected and then a Zone error message was displayed with the mention to contact Support. There wasn't a move involved since the move option is disabled now. Tried to clear cache, still cannot log in (We'll try again after night refresh.)

happen to me last night. i dont understand- they add the cooldown on move building key to fix this, then they completely remove move building key to fix this, and it still happens smh. anyways hope they get u back in soon. need anytihng buffed or anything?

I got a Zone Error as well. It seems related to placing the buildings from star menu too fast. I went to place 2 pirates and 4 Frozen manors down. Then I tried to go do my adventure and come back and it was zone error.

You got error to contact support? Mine just says try again.

Last time, it fixed itself after 3 hrs. I contacted support before but it was some generic message saying have you done this and that (clear cache). It fixed it self before I even got their late message replied to me.

I hope it fixes itself soon.

So, what happened this morning - I was able to login and when I checked at my 2 nobles that I initially removed, only 1 was removed. I placed one FM on the spot where 1st noble was and I tried to remove the second noble - and while the % countdown reached..maybe 80%, I got the Locked zone error again.

Is this happening because I was doing - manipulating 2 buildings at the same time? one building, one being tron down?
Or maybe my 2nd noble is "bugged" and causes this to happen?
How is this issue fixing itself in several hours...? are some "clear error/garbage bin" queries run from time to time? if yes, how often ?

Didnt placed a support ticket yet...hoping this will get fixed by itself shortly.

Yes, the game has code that checks for errors and can 'fix' some things.
Usually, it takes some hours for that to happen.
The one time I had a zone lockout on the test server that seemed to be related to the move building bug (about a week ago), it was much like your experience.
Manipulating two buildings at the same time, got locked out, autofix some hours later.

No luck so far, still locked out. I have the feeling that "auto-fix" happens once a day, early in the morning.

Talk about Friday the 13th! Such bad luck. My premium and ticking. And my buffs probably all rain out. Sad sad. The auto fix didn't work last night. Seems like its usually around 2am PST.

kk, almost 5PM ET and I was able to login...and I'm sure I wont be touching/removing any building :)

I have had this error from, Moving Buildings, Demo Buildings and placing buildings, the only common element between all my errors was, they were all gem bought buildings, and it seems the more gem bought buildings i get, the more errors i get. I have been locked out of game from anywhere between 3.5hrs and 22hrs each time.
Ive lost on average about 1 weeks worth of premium time, not to mention the loss of resources because you cant be buffed when this error is active.
Hope they fix it soon.

I am locked out again...and this time was not manipulating 2 buildings at a time.. It happened while I was tearing down a noble residence (noble deed).

just got this error after returning to my island from an advent. been locked out for almost an hour now. tried clearing cache/rebooting/etc.

Just happened to me.
I deleted a few buildings and then moved 3 nobles.
Then I was going to build some new buildings when I saw "Zone crash error"
I cleared the cache/ rebooted and tried to get back in but no luck so far.
Guess 400 buildings will be not buffed tonight. what a loss :(

I have know idea what is going on I was using the moving function to moves some mills and then all of a sudden my my island crashed and it took me back to main screen. It was saying some about zone will not load or whatever, anybody have any idea what to do? I've already posted a ticket but still no response from them, and I'm running a adventure and have two people waiting for me to finish it.

Here is what comes up

I didn't move any building just now.
I was sending troops to a "Traitors" then BOOM "Zone Error Crash"
I really need back on my game. I have to make sure I don't loose any Mines and
keep track of the buffing etc. :(

Sorry for the inconvenience, Zone Crashes can happen due to many reasons and can be fixed by clearing your cache and cookies and refreshing the game by pressing F5, or clicking the refresh button on your browser.

If you are still unable to access your zone, please contact support.

Had started another new adventure [sotv] sent out my generals, then I received message of server zone crash. It also appears while this is a known bug, anyone visiting my island received the message of, "There was an error visiting this zone...." and promptly logged that player out of the game. Also tried logging in on a different computer on a different local (ISP) same issue, so I can rule out it's my computer. Guess this goes along with the game is about patience, the bugs and any aftereffects you need to pull the patience card.

I had placed a WT I won from DB today, and then gone to a FT adventure island and spent an hour or so working on it and went back to home island to accept adventure invite from a friend and sent Gen to his adventure. I then tried to go back to my adventure to continue it because I have someone locked into it, and another player is awaiting his return LS when I got the "error in zone" message. I did all the usual, including resetting the modem, restarting computer, etc, etc cannot get back in, friend's get booted when they try to go to my island. Is killing me as I am on premium and was working very hard to make the beans for my wife's QuarterMaster General. Sure hope they get this fixed soon!

I am locked out too I was just sending generals to a new CLT I started and bam zone error I am still locked out

I too am having this problem, Right out of the blue the game crashed and I've been getting same message ever since.

I've deleted Cookies and Cache, No change, I've re-Booted No change.....

No problem, Cise64. There was an increase in locked zone issues associated with the patch a few weeks back, but the developers are working on a solution. Let us know if this happens again.

i killed 2 wheat field added the new silo and now i have the error

and am lock out from that error

tried a different browser and still can't get back.
