Ugh. After this maintenance I can't log in anymore
SERVER ZONE CRASHED
An error was detected on this zone. Please try again.
Was just hunting for collectibles and it happened. Had a few things building... iron mines and a well.... and had sent troops to a map.
Happened a few weeks ago after I had placed a water mill.... did not get back into the game till the next day and the water mill had vanished, not built and not in my start menu. :(
Sent in a ticket but never got any reply, which is odd as I have always gotten a quick response back in the past. Still out that water mill.
Have cleared cache, rebooted the computer but can not get back into the game keep getting the "zone error".

Sorry for the inconvenience, Zone Crashes can happen due to many reasons and can be fixed by clearing your cache and cookies and refreshing the game by pressing F5, or clicking the refresh button on your browser.

Just got "can't open requested zone" it kicked me back to the login page.
Now it's always "zone error, try again."
I hadn't moved any buildings, just buffing on my own island.
Yeah. The worst part when I got mine when I was making Wheatfields... What kind of BS is that -.-..... Making Helpless Wheatfields and all of a sudden you get a "Zone Error" wtf!Quote:

I'm seeing same problem. Cleared caches on both firefox 27.0.1 and chrome version 33.0.1750.117 m. Will check back in a few hours.
The whole server is disconnected now. ROLLBACK ROLLBACK!!!!

As you guys have noticed, the Zeus server has been taken down for emergency maintenance in order to address the locked zones issue. There is not a current estimate of downtime or when the server will be back online. I'll post in the appropriate channels when it is back up. I do apologize for the inconvenience. I was still BeAsTiNg a HLT adventure when all you PuNks started crying about being locked out. Now I can play because of maintenance issues. Cry Babies!!

I went through and manually unlocked some zones. If you are still locked out, please let us know.

Thanks for sending in a ticket! To be honest, the support queue is pretty backlogged right now, so there may be a couple of days delay until you get a message. In the meantime, we can continue to work for a solution through the site. I cleared the locked zone again, try clearing cache and/or trying a different browser. Got lock out too. Error in the time zone. It open the the first post. Nothing else dark game screen.
submit a ticket or find another game to play like i did. or it might fix its self after x amount of time
just got zone locked again
