Does anyone know if any players are getting onto the game or is it just me lol? It is now March 2nd and still the same "Service Zone Crashed".
I was only out for a couple of hours 4 days ago. Now fine.
Well that is something else ... been off since crash started and seriously looking for another game to play. They don't seem to have a handle on the problem if some play and some cannot get on ... extremely disappointed :(
I was locked out again about an hour ago. I was moving a building,that's what I was doing earlier also. I guess the moving building bug is back. Need it fixed so I can make room for the ft castle.
Ravenelk78, I haven't been able to log once since the maintenance... Looks like we're at least 2 with that problem. Hopefully, it will be fixed sooner than later.Quote:

seems a good bit of ppl r locked out. i have already lost hope on support. already searching for another game to play. suggest every1 to do the same. i am also locked out
Same happened to me an hour ago. I was moving farms/silos and destroying/rebuilding fields and got locked out. Tried multiple browsers, clearing cache and all that silliness.
No way you cache should ever cause an issue like this. Would be nice if they would actually disclose the technical root cause of this issue so that we can play around it until they fix it permanently.
I also zone lock out. Cleared cookies rebooted. Still the same.
Come on BB. Get these poor people some help. Get someone off their arses and try and keep players in the game.
I have been stuck in an adventure since Thursday, right after maintenance. I have submitted tickets, sent mail to CL and other than a canned answer I have received nothing. I am level 50 player, very active and on premium. Going into 5th day without adventures or generals and I am more than "a little" upset. I would like a solution or at least a response today please. This is very poor Customer service in my opinion.

I am still locked out , I was sending troops on an adventure and I got locked out. I had been experiencing crashes every 5-7 mins over the past 3 days. I just recently began playing again after about a 6 month leave and not this happens? Not sure I will keep playing if I can't get stable game play.
I'm locked as well and tried clearing the cache!
Ok...is BB simply not monitoring this thread? We've had no response at all. I've emailed support. It's hours later...nothing.

Just crashed once again! I was moving Ice mansions to make room for newly acquired Fairy Tale Castle. I have a bug and want it exterminated. At least I did everything else I wanted to do before moving buildings.

wow seems more ppl r locked out then i thought maybe this will open their eyes to how bad there game is bugged. day 4 almost 5 for me being locked out.
This is sad, really sad. A classic on how to kill a game.
Two members of my guild are "locked" in a Nords since the server zone issues of last week. I also find this unacceptable. Does customer support not realize that a simple.."we are working on your issue, the problem is "such and such", instead of canned responses such as "go read forum" is what we deserve? This makes you wonder if they really do not care about the community that plays this game, day in and day out, and spends hard earned money on gems. Quirks and little bugs are often chuckled away, and we still play...but for how much longer? 5 days, multiple tickets, emails, queries, all going unanswered...unacceptable. BBs? CLs? Where are you?

the locked out number has quintupled it seems since mant wensday. i was also locked out on a iotp adv going to day numba 5
Hi guys - I do apologize for not getting back to this thread in an appropriate amount of time. As you know, there has been an increased amount of locked zone issues since last week's maintenance. The emergency maintenance fixed some of them, but clearly not all. I am consolidating all feedback about this issue into one thread so it is easier to keep track of. The thread is here: Link. To everyone who submitted a Support ticket; we appreciate it. Support is severely backed-up with tickets right now and are answering as quickly as possible. We are continuing to go into the game and manually unlock zones for players. However, there are some accounts experiencing more severe issues. For those players, we are collecting the names and forwarding this situation to the developers. At this point, that is all we can offer until we have further information.

i too am locked out with a zone error was placing a loaded vet's garrison, just started an adventure for daily quest
did all the tricks, no luck : (
ticket sent in hope i get in soon have to get the buffs placed! lol
if ur lock out is like mine it will be awhile. most lock outs resolve themselves in 24hrs

Lost 9 Generals and 1525 troops on a Dark Priests Adv. on Feb. 27th and cannot get Help/Support to return my Generals or Troops -- here is a list of my Generals and Troops i have lost-- One 270 general , Two 250 generals , One 200 slow general , Five 200 fast generals -- troops i lost 600 R , 300 C , 200 E , 200 K , 200 LB , 100 M -- now i am unable to do advs. only tag or work with four 200 gens as i cannot buy more . I have spent a lot of money on gems to build my island up now i am dead in the water till game returns my Generals and Troops. Please help
u just have to wait like me panthercat. nothing can be done till the dev look into the prob. or support

There are many, many who are also tired of it. Support is overwhelmed. All you can do is wait.
