if something not done soon i will just leave the game this is stupid almost 2 weeks and no answers no communication nothing wth
Same problem, "server zone crashed".... bought $100 worth of gems (have paid this way several times before)...and as soon as I clicked to get started building and spending those gems, could not get in. Have not been able to get in all day. Messaged support (after first checking on Twitter and trying all that they suggested there). Support told me to read the forum.
Now that I have, I can see that lots of people have been having the same issue. I will hold off spending more cash until I see if this will be a continuous problem. My stuff's not getting buffed, I can't buff my friend's island as I do regularly, my marble masons probably ran out of work early this morning, my lovely farms are probably surrounded by nasty exhausted wheat fields, and I have lost a lot if trading time. However, I feel for the many people who have posted that they have been unable to get on for a week or more. I hope they get this fixed soon.... :)
The bloody game is broken. Lets hear how BB is going to fix it. Please?
good luck wimpy. almost 2 weeks for me and only got 1 email so far. really getting tired of no communication. messaged bbs still no reply guess they don't care anymore. go ahead give me a infraction cant play the darn game anyways.

me too. started late last night so I thought it may have been involved with the U-play update but this afternoon still nothing. lvl 50 Gemmer been playing for years with no problems....wth??
Those of you who continue to be locked out of the game due to severe zone crashes have been offered the option to create a new account while we investigate your accounts. As stated in the mail, this may take some time and we want to make sure that you are able to play in the meantime. If you are experiencing severe zone locks, please submit a ticket to Support.
Since this thread was a direct result of the issues from the 2/27 maintenance, I am closing it to better keep track of zone issues unrelated to the 2/27 maintenance. If you are experiencing new severe zone locks, please submit a ticket to Support or create a new thread.
