Server call failed

I keep getting Server Call Failed. I was in game then all the sudden booted and now get the message when trying to log in. I havent changed anything using fire fox. When my husband tries to go to my island says the zone is not available and he gets kicked. Help Please

i'm having the same problem, keeps messaging that the server called failed and refresh your browser. i did it like 10 times but didnt help

I contacted support via the form they told me mine would be working by this morning still not working. They said there was a java script error with my account. If it was going to take them longer than they thought they could of least let me know. Not happy right now.

Clear your browser cache or java cache. Then restart your pc.

No it's an account problem they said. Its a java script error on my account they have to fix it. Still no response still not fixed. This is insane!

Thats not the problem did you not read my response its an account problem. Problem on ubi soft side the guys in Germany have to fix it a java script error with my account. It's not my browser nor is it my computer.

mine says after clicking play now: Server call failed, Connection to server lost, please click ok to refresh your client....

What does that mean? I refresh the page, close the tab, enter the website and into my account, click play now and its the same.....

How do I make it work?
