Splash Screen hangup?

Anyone experiencing trouble getting past the splash screen after clicking "Play Now"?

It takes two, three, sometimes more refreshes (ctrl "R" and/or F5) to get in on Firefox, Chrome, and Opera and I can't even get past the splash screen on Internet Explorer, period.

I put in a ticket and BB responded to "clear cache" (which I told them I had already done). If I don't constantly refresh, the splash screen will stay on forever (which it does on MS browser even with refreshes).

Seems like the problem is more pronounced when the wireless signal is weaker, but I have no problem bringing up ANY other web page.

Clearing Cache as they said is a good way, but yes i usually refresh 1-2 times and wait an extra 10 sec and it usually works for me. Hope your problem gets fixed soon. Thanks- HWER

I have been having a nightmare of a time getting logged in.

Thank you for sending in your question.

Try the following steps (skipping step 1 since you already tried that) and see if they resolve the issue. If they do not, provide as much information about the steps you tried as possible, including version numbers for all browsers and flash.
There are a few things you can do to fix this situation.
1: Before logging into the game try clearing your cookie and cache files from the web browser you are using.
2: Try using another one of the supported web browsers for the game: Fire Fox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome.
3: Make sure you are using the currently available version of your web browser, as an older version may no longer be supported for the game.
4: Make sure you are using the most recent version of Adobe Flash. http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html

Epsilon: I've done all that and still can't use Explorer at all, and have to try several times with the others...

Using firefox. Updated my flash and it's fixed.
