Outlaw & Stealing from the Rich want end

I am writing this complain for my friend Azerothe who can't even write or do anything on the forum.
Everytime he finishes Outlaw or Stealing from the Rich the game will not finish and he does not get any rewards, only points. This is very frustrating and he checked his Adventure game if it is finished and nothing. He restarted his computer and the game still nothing. What is he to do????
Also why can't he write on forum, he is able to see the forum but not able to leave his own message or access his own account.????

Did he confirm his email address?

As far as Outlaws and SFTR issues, best I can suggest is that he send in a support ticket, sorry I don't have any other answers, but I hope it helps a little bit :)

It would be better if you could post screen shots. When you say he finishes the adventures, does he wait until he is automatically transported back to his home island? In adventures, you don't get loot if you don't fully complete the adventure, you only get credited with the points. Doesn't matter if he quits the adventure or he runs out of time. Does he get rewards in the other adventures?
He is better to validate his email address and open a support ticket.

Galaxia thank you for your help. Azerothe did confirm his email and can look but not write or on the forum strange.....
Azerothe did get his points after the game run out in time but no rewards from the game.
He had finished all the camps and the game did not close out until the time run out. Normally after you defeat all the camps it says Quest is finished or you hit the button finish quest, all this was not available to him. He was stuck and nothing happened.

I have an issue that I hope someone can resolve.....I just finished "Old Friends", I lost a total of about 600 troops, every building is gone, but the adventure won't finalize. The time keeps ticking away, and I am afraid that time is going to run out, and I lose all these troops for nothing! Please help!
