For a Community Manager to have only 4 posts in this forum shows a distinct lack of interaction with the community.

I have seen you active in Global-1 but would like to invite you to chat with the players in Global-2. You will find that many of the high level players are there and have some great ideas that might be of interest to put to the developers.

Well, this is just foolish talk. I'm CERTAIN he was not BB_meesherbeams until after he became community manager, so how could this ID have any posts? Track down his original name, and you might find something different. Or maybe he just talks in global-1, and hasn't been posting to the forum. You guys really need to work on how you handle down time. "We are taking the servers down today" then actual shutdown 20 seconds later is not how you do it. Next time try "We are taking the servers down in {5,10,15} minutes". It would have been nice to be able to shut down my gold chain whose buffs were about to expire before the down time so it doesn't lose me money like it did when the servers crashed last night just before I could shut them down.
