Adware?

I just got this report from my antivirus program before getting booted off from the game:
When accessing data from the URL, "http://w01g03.thesettlersonline.net/GameServer03/amf;jsessionid=F22E1F50A197A278B409DE7EA439267E"
a virus or unwanted program 'ADSPY/Vapsup.chf.33' [adware] was found.
Action taken: Blocked file

Is this something I should be worried about?

Last login I got a blocked site message as well...don't recall specifically what the url was, but Nod32 put it into the blocked category. Have never had that before trying to login to this game.
