But I agree, HelpDesk/PR is the worse I ever seen. Completely nonexistent. The usual argument that is still beta doesn't hold water. A popup message saying there is an issue, they are aware, they are trying to fix - would suffice. But no message, and we continue to hope...I guess hope is the only thing that keeps us playing.
