Anyone else getting "We regret that the connection to the "The Settlers Online" server failed"
no but im getting login queue... that shouldnt be happening with the main game.
Yes and mine was fine up till about 6:30 pm pst
Just tried to sign in and I get the same thing. i hope support fixes this fast.
yep it cut me out and it sticks on initialising login que for me.
I cant even get to the initializing login que, my message comes up right after I click play
its still down
also stuck on login queue , been having issues all day staying connected to chat also
I had chat connection issues this morning, but it cleared up after awhile
So glad i put my entire gold chain to sleep while waiting for buffs.

Ya, I have tried all the normal things as well, I am not stuck in the login que, it wont even let me get that far, I click play then I get the message the server connection failed. It has really nice TSO graphics, which does make me feel a little better knowing that its not on my end, yet at the same time......... that means I have to wait for them to fix it :DQuote:

nothing I had 20 mins left on my adventure SFTR with just last camp to hit then it all crashed now can't get back have lost all my troops doing the adventure for nothing this is really crap.......................
and they expect us to spend money on gems when the game don't work.
does me too. says login to client failed, click ok to refresh.. happened 1o pm cntrl time for me..
That really sucks............... but to be fair its not very often that the game goes down unannounced like this....... I only remember one other time that it did since I have been playing, that it went down for any length of time, due to unknown circumstances.Quote:

No, that is nonsense. Their P.R. just plain sucks. Any online game worth its salt would have at a bare minimum an announcement that there is a problem and they are working on it. That's what social apps are for. BB just fails.Quote:
