haha - i've been watching the collective level of frustration amongst players rise to fevered pitch. it's kept me entertained for a while, but now i'm starting to panic because i may have lost my level 5 gold mine.

My guess? Its Sunday (well officially Monday on East Coast) but I doubt any of the community managers are available to post. I don't doubt the technical staff is working on the problem but its not part of their job to deal with the players. But maybe they will learn, just give it time. It took world of warcraft's team over a year (over a year after the official release) to realize they needed to keep the players informed of what's going on. This is very typical of MMO's. Some rare MMO's may get it right right away but most don't and need to learn it.
Hopefully the issue(s) will be resolved soon and we can get back to playing.

I can't connect or log in at all... Please help... I was right in the middle of something and all of a sudden the message popped up and said that I had to refresh my client and now I can't log in at all.
I get either "Please refresh the client." or "An error was detected on this zone. Please try again." This is getting old. Last few weeks has been more problems than fun. When will this be fixed?
