Server Challenge for BB/Ubi People

So we've had a number of stress tests on the test server with a lot of cute teaser rewards.

I'd now like to hold a server challenge event for BB/Ubisoft employees.

The challenge is to solve the serious issues with the main game server. It has experienced terrible lag for weeks, culminating in tonight's crash. So here are the details of the event.

First official to propose a workable solution, I will reward with 100 gems.
The person who actually implements the solution, I will reward with 1000 gems.
