A quick update for everyone. At this time, the Zeus server will not be coming back up today and there will be more information available tomorrow. We also would like to inform you (with our apologies) that there will be a rollback implemented. The scale of the rollback is not known at this time, but we want you to be aware that it will be happening. We know that it's frustrating to see progress reversed, and apologize for the inconvenience.

It has been amost 11 hrs what happened
ya, i'm not upset about the server problems...these things happen...and I'm not upset with the little communication at the start of it all...they will get better with their communication...and I didn't lose anything except 4-6 hours of play time a few nights ago...so all was well with me, and I am sorry others had problems, some major problems and major losses, but now with the server roll back coming up I'm going to lose some stuff.
About an hour before the server just shut down I killed Mary to clear my island, I received a lot of help from some future guildmates, I had just reached level 32 doing so and am now at the very minimum requirements to join this guild that has been helping me and grooming me. I also just found my first full adventure (instead of just map frags) with my explorer, and I was now going to get ready for the Halloween event...as I don't yet have any granite or EWP for the pumpkin farms...now with the rollback I'm going to have to kill Mary all over again, and maybe a few camps before that, and that's a major pain.
Will I be compensated for my losses as well? I mean I know there are people that have lost a lot more and have not even been able to log on in days, but that doesn't mean that I haven't lost anything either. I have lost some good progress which I needed to prepare for upcoming events, now I may not be ready for the Halloween event and may miss out on some stuff because of the rollback!
lets be clear, nothing short of getting over here and mixing me drinks until this server is back up will be acceptable
inconvenience thats what you call this i have spent around 3 to 500 real dollars that i sweat for on this game and you say i am about to lose that much money and time sounds like with all your resources you cant get compitent programmers i do love this game .... when it actualy works but if i lose that much money and you dont at least replace my stuff i will log out and go directly to war with this site meaning i have access to millions of gamers i wil word of mouth this until you have no one who pays real money left this is not what i want but your not gonna rip me off and get away with it by caling it a inconvenience !!!!!!!!!!!!
They need to start fixing the problems causing these server crashes, lag & inability to log in for days for some gamers. Yes we all want new adventures & features but the constant server issues are really starting to take it's toll on players & it simply is not acceptable, UBI should make sure that these problems are a high priority because patching things as they have done is just making it worse.
I have never seen an MMO online game to be so unreliable as this one is & sadly we are getting used to the ongoing problems.
I went to the test server when the Zeus went down. Left and tried to get back on. Now can't even get on the test server to get a fix for my addication. I feel for those who have suffered major losses. I have only lost some time, and I am not happy.
AND AS A RESULT OF THE ROLL BACK EVERYONE WILL GET 200 FREE GEMS and or 10 EXTRA BUILD PERMITES

I especially feel bad for my friend who is losing his white castle we just got celebrating him getting last night.
When rollback hits, what will become of my gems I spent on people for coin. Gems will get rolled back too right? And if purchased durring the timezone of roll back, my 30 bucks will be reinbursted.. orrrrr? Cos if it remembers my gem sales and I lsot my 10k coin in the process, or i lose my gems and I dont get my money back. :T

I am with you on that note about spending real money. My game was never affected by any login issues. I as well have spent as much if not more on Gems. I have been playing for a month maybe less. I purchased all my Gems through PAYPAL. If the rollback seriously sets me back or compensation comes no where close to the time, $$, I feel I have a right to recall all $$ for Gems purchased.Quote:

Yeah...just spent 20k+ coin on gold depos a couple of days ago. Will be just wonderful if those are gone as well. Guess will just wait and see what happens along with everyone else. Yes, I'm whining. I get "connection failed" when logging in; started 10/4/12, around noon CST.
