Still not fixed

OK maintenance has come and gone and I still cant log on. This really is unacceptable now. Please refund my money as i will be looking for a new game to play. You have dropped the ball totally on this, from not telling us customers what is actually going to just flat out not fixing the problem. This is not how you treat customers that have spent there hard earned money on this game. Its been 5 full days and no game and no explanation. In the future, a word of advice for you, please inform your customers what is going on, you will avoid a lot of problems by doing this. As for me I am out, please refund my hard earned money as I Have given up on you and your game !!!!!!!!!!

yes dont waste your money on this game ive spent money on it and cant even play and looks like theres no end to the problem in sight and no one will stand up and tell as whats going on looks to me like are accounts have be deleted people in game cant get on are islands as well this to me is a total loss of data time to start refunding are money

its been 4 days now and i still get that server call fail and server zone crash errors

I haven't experienced this except for during scheduled maintenance. But now I can't log on after maintenance was supposed to be over 7 hours ago.
The screen says unable to connect to server. But my internet and computer both work just fine. I can go on facebook and post stuff.

there is emergency maintenance going on right now
they are "rolling back" time, and people are going to lose out on a ton, including myself who just spent a bunch of real money on this game yesterday and was doing a bunch of upgrades and bought a jolly geo and a veteran. i would love to know how they are going to remunerate...... i am guessing they are going to tell everyone to basically suck it up. i am NOT happy, just like so many others, and they wont even give us any viable answers, only vague communications about how some ppl werent able to log on and how they have some server issues. HOW BOUT SOME ANSWERS FOR CUSTOMERS PPL.... EPIC FAIL!

aaaaand this is why I never pay money for these sorts of games. So long and thanks for all the fish!

I'm also wondering if our accounts got deleted or lost permanently because I can't log in and others can't seem to visit my island.
