BB owes you nothing, Ubi owes you nothing. They do not owe you explanations. Anything they give is voluntary and because they felt like letting the community know. That is nice of them. You all sitting here and demanding information have no grounds to stand on and are just rude little brats. This game could shut down tomorrow, that is the risk you all take when you log in every single day. It's happened to me before. I dumped hundreds of dollars into an online card game similar to Magic and one day, it just wasn't there. 8 months of spending, collecting, trading and all we got was a "we are no longer supporting this game". They owe you nothing...so acting like entitled little brats will do nothing.
I came here looking for information as to why I couldn't log in. I got that from the mods post.. I thank the mod for informing me that the server is down, that there will be a rollback (of which how much is not known yet) and they will inform us as soon as they know more. That is great and nice of them. And yet you all sit here and whine about lost money etc. BB will try to compensate you for time lost, they always do. Even if you bought gems right before it crashed all you have to do is email support your receipt and you will get them. Maybe I am just getting old and cranky, but all this whining just pisses me off! Welcome to reality :)
