i apologize, i just assumed cuz you posted with my quote..... anyways as far as all this goes i understand there have been people playing alot longer than I have, however i have put enough time and money into the game where i think everyone has a say when it comes to this..... anyways i am taking your advise and when all is said and done i will send in the receipt to them when they arent busy..... thanks... and again i do apologize...

Look at my original post, it was in reply to another guy who said "oh I've been in IT for 17 years and I know everything and this is crap it only takes this long when I do it". Yea ...I have a Bachelors in Network Administration and that is total crap. Not knowing what happened makes it impossible to even know or speculate how long a fix would be not knowing how many GB of data have to be restored etc. He acted like "bringing the server back online" was all that was necessary. There is probably a 6 hour restore that accompanies getting the servers back online too..and who knows what else even. I just hate know it all's who try to use their so called experience to "tell ya how it is". :p Then you responded. Anyway i'm not mad lol, was a fun 30 minutes.
