Morning from NoHo I want to say to the developers have done a wonderful job keeping this game alive and available - this is all part of the learning curve for us the player and the game developer. The roll back - is like that opportunity in real life we all look for - the ability to do it over. But I will admit having to take out the last Bandit Camps on my little piece of paradise would be a chapter of this game I would not like to visit again!

um i am writing about the religion of our game server god has died! this is day 3 and he dosent want my company or my money!!!
In the last week I have taken out sec 9 (2200+ troops took 48 hours to rebuild army), built 9 lvl3+ buildings, bought 10 parrots from a ingame player @175GC, lvl'ed to 36 and run 4x 1d 8hr. adv searches finding 3 good adventures(SFTR,DP,and outlaw i think), made 800 bread soldiers in anticipation of haloween event, bought 100 map frags at auction for 390GC, run my SS and gold chain buffed 24/7, made 100+ baskets a day, and then all the other resources that were produced, also took LS from guild members doing DP and SFTR and solo ran IOTP.
If they roll back even one week my loss just in resources will be no less than 5000GC and 1 lvl experience..also been trying to log for 3 days daily..100gems is not nearly going to cover this
claims filed with PayPal are gonna hit a new record high from this game :(
Compensation has to be 1500 gems at least
As they can not have an accurate time frame for Zeus to be back online,
to maintain our expectation on this game alive they should offer the following:
"When the server comes online We will give 5000 gems to those who connect in the first hour.
From that, every hour the compensation pouch will be losing 100 gems per hour until 2500.
Compensation will stay in 2500 gems for 24 hours more, then it will disappear".
In that way we, all the players, will be anxious looking if the server is back online.
They should compensate everyone with 30k gems just like on test server, & make the upgrade a lil faster.
how about a STFU as compensation

well nwo some of my guildmates sayign they are getting in but its the lower lvl ones and i still yet am not geting in i get server down message

I spoke with a few high lvl players and it seems their lvl 5 upgrades went through despite the rollback. Gratz!
It seems like lvl 4 upgrades got hit the worst - I lost 24 lvl 4 buildings. :(

2 lvl 4 copper smelters
2 lvl 4 bronze swordsmiths
7 lvl 4 forresters
5 lvl 4 pine cutters
3 lvl 4 farms
2 lvl 4 flour mills
24 buildings wiped out will take 12K gold plus over 7K marble plus 576 hours or 48K gems to recoupe instantly. *hint*
I also I lost 150 xp - Nothing that a few NORDs can't remedy or say about 5K gems *hint*
There's simply no way for me to recoupe the gold from auctions/TT so I'm SOL there.
Well... I won't be upgrading a thing until I'm confident the server will stay up.
I'm really glad those ppl who couldn't login can do so now. But now it's time for BB to help those of us who lost out big time with the rollback. This really hit hard. :(
I'll be waiting on support for help with getting back to where I was. Again, a few token gems won't cut it for me. It will take over 50K gems to put me back to where I was. *BIG HINT*
I'm on a dead island with 9 mines and over 200 wheat fields dead. I'm very disapointed with BlueByte and Ubisoft. No more gem purchases for me here if I don't see some kind of compensation. I have spent over $100.00 on this game in three months:

Rejoice that you can log in but keep those of us who still can't in your thoughts. We are still out here with no idea of what's going on. I was not one of the people that could not log in before the shut down, but now I am locked out.
The computations are way off! I had done the Sons of the Veld adventure and received points for it, but in the re-calculation I got a lot less points!
I lost my conclusion results for an adventure. I had received points for it, but they went back to the middle of the adventure that I had done, and didn't credit me with the points that I had earned! At least they should give me the adventure token back so I can do it again.
I lost my level 4 watermills... 1500 in gold lost... not happy.
They have taken over 14 noble deeds away from me....no way 100 gems is going to cut it as compensation. One of my guild members has had 13 waterwheels taken from him. THIS NEEDS A SERIOUS COMPENSATION PACKAGE and the return of missing resources/items as well. Way bad form UBI :(
So many upgrades gone, just how long did you roll this back? Buildings are back to where they were weeks ago. It is going to take days, or longer, just to see where my island is at now before I can go forward with anything.
I'm wondering how you are planning on compensating guilds for the members they lose because of this mess. My guess is just like the rest of it, you won't do a damned thing. Members of our guild are signing on to find they are not even members now. That is messed up.

I WILL NO LONGER BE A GEM PURCHASING CUSTOMER OF THIS GAME THOUGH!!! That is something I CAN control.
I am not sure how badly my Island has been devestated yet. It is 10:00 PM in Ontario Canada on Oct 8/12 and I still cannot log in. I know that 100 gems will definitely not bring my Island back to life if it is as bad as the other posts have claimed. Are there other in Canada that still cannot log in?

Another option for compensation:
one week with no consumption from wells, fields, mines, stone/marble deposits (maintainace-free week).
(You took a week from us, so give us a week back)
At this point I think I am going to give up on playing this game. This is ridiculous. If these people really cared, they would give us an update on why this is taking so long. Everyday I check to see, and every day its the same generic login failed message...

Here is another great thought that fits in with the holiday theme, fair, fun, and simple to pull of if BB has the will. This idea even helps with the failure of no adventure for Halloween. Put in gem shop for 1 fish a multi player adventure with no minimal level to play themed towards Halloween and for the duration of that Halloween event. Random xp and loot ranging from poor to awesome. Include killing server bugs (Caltrop), spammers (Thug) , hackers (Cultist), Cheaters (Shadowsneaker). Up for the chalange BB?
