hehehe!!
Novack i understand that i takes time to fix the glitches but, three days now, that is way over the time it should take to fix it. I don't think the people who created this game know to much about programming.
They are ubisoft, any fix takes forever.
Is not free you moron. Some people pay for this game more than a monthly subscription on Aion or WOW.
Most online games backup their servers once per day, its actually a pretty common practice.
Most businesses plan for the unexpected by having either the hardware on hand, or the commitment from the Employees to even work holidays if the need arises, assuming your business operates on holidays as most online ones do.
To simply say they are doing enough because you work in the same field is a lol.
If you dont like your job get a different one please dont make threads so i have to read how yours is so difficult when you sit on your *** most the time.
Get real, most people realized these problems have been ongoing, this outage isnt unexpected and should have been prepared for.
Please dont make excuses for people you dont know, you just look stupid.
You do of course realise that whilst you all go around complain, you just put yourselves on par with school kids... come on, there has to be something better you can do
Lol, i think everyone has a right to voice their complaints 2 DAYS come on that's a worthy reason to complain especially for people who pay UBI to be able to keep running the servers.
I've been playing other games, check in here now and then to see if anything's changed..
But now I'm starting to wonder how much will have been done, as far as how far back they go.
Does the problem really warrant a roll-back? If it's to appease the players that were locked out, wouldn't it be easier to reimburse THEM instead of all of us?
Surely UBI/BB are intelligent enough to realize that much, so, the roll-back must be (at least in part) needed to fix the overall problem..
Which really doesn't say anything good about your techs and support, if they're not able to prevent (or at least have in place certain measures, just in case) such catastrophic failure.
IF this is the case, our complaints really don't seem like much when you put them into context with the fact that someone (or multiple someones) may very well, or may have already, lose/lost their job(s).
Of course, we'll never know if this has happened or not, as the inner-workings of UBI and BB will never be revealed to us on such personal matters..
But, meh, something to think about until you're able to play again.
There is more than likely an underlying problem as to why people were being locked out in the 1st place. but still thats no comfort to everyone trying/waiting to play. Im sure my support ticket when we finally get back on will be extensive.
