Now that we know that your here working on the problem of phone #'s, is it possible to get a current update on your other problem? namely the game server.......

Meesher has said repeatedly that when an update is available, it will be posted. They are working to fix it as quickly as they can. Meesher is not on the tech team, and can only send info as it is received.
Well then I don't envy his job......poor mushroom
I wish I did have more information for you right now! I am not a dev, however, and am not actively working on the server (it probably wouldn't end well if I tried). We are all working as hard and as fast as we can, and will be working for as long as necessary to resolve the issue.
It's events like this which make me wish that the internet never came to be.
You guys are playing an ONLINE GAME that you either are playing for free or have paid to play. You act like this has never happened to another online game. WoW has had massive issues. Guild Wars 2 recently did.
Act like mature, nevermind, that's impossible since the only thing to do is crack open the wine bottle and get the cheese out.
You really think that calling their US tech number is going to fix their server issues? It's support for gods sake, not the dev team's personal phone number.
I've been a mod on smaller games, so I know exactly what it's like. Ever want to yell at the waitress b/c the cook effed up or they ran out of something b/c the person placing the supply order didn't do his job?Quote:

Im sure if you have any issues with chains that they will be happy to aid you in resolve for your issues as soon as we all get back online.
just drop a ticket in with your issue detailed and a time stamp so they can see and attempt to make all the losses worth your lack of game time.
they are French, they work 2 hours a day....
