I can't log in either. I get connection failed, and this text:
We regret that the connection to the "The Settlers Online" server failed. Please try to reconnect. Should the problem persist, please visit the homepage and the forum for more information.
We are working to resolve the problem.
Edit: Actually, I logged out of the site and then logged back in and it let me into the game.
still cant sign in
I can not log onto the server
For those still unable to get into the game please try the following.
1. Brows to "http://www.thesettlersonline.net/en/logout"
2. click "Uplay" or "facebook" button on left to login using your current account.
3. click Play
From here it looks to be a bit of a login issue for people who are still logged in from before issue was resolved.
Proper log out and login has fixed it on this side.
I still cannot lot on to American server... no issue with the Euro server for me... yet.

the map loads and you see the tip of the day then a nother window pops up saying
Server Zone Crashed
an error was detected on this zone please try again
then it boots me back to the homepage
and thats as far as i can get
have tryed diffent internet /Google crom/ firefox
and deleted my cookies and cache
I was able to play befor they wind back the server but cant now
Can't get in :(
