I Cant Log in, I get the same error message I have been getting for over a week

I have posted here previously and I have submitted tickets regarding my issues ... yes, i have cleared my cache, browsing history, etc. I never had one issue prior to the crash of logging in every day and receiving my daily log in prize. Since the game has been back up ... I still am not receiving my daily log in prizes ... so now I have been cheated out of more than a week's worth of them. I also still have a marble deposit in sector 1 that will not collapse, even though it shows a total of 0. Until that deposit has collapsed, my geo will not find a replacement one for sector 1. The marble deposit issue is an aggravation, but going every day without my log in prizes is getting old. I have not received any response to my tickets as of this posting.

Hi there BB, i've been the same problem for more then a week (blue screen with a short loop background sound) and i was wondering if i should come here every day or quit and unsubscribe once and for all. The only reason i come here every day is because i think this game i worth my persistence.
- Could you give me/us some answers whether this specific problem could be fixed or not?
- or, could you give me the possibility of starting a new game but with some offers that could get me jump back to level 38 where i was before this mess?

I am able to get on the game but it is slower than it was before the rollback. This makes me nervous that there may be another rollback soon. It makes me nervous about making any significant changes to my island, troops, or doing any adventures, investing in gem items, etc. Yes i have cleared my cookies and cache and also Java cache. I also have a 'super computer': an i7 quad-core processor with Turbo Boost, so it is not my computer. I was not having any problems before the rollback, ironically. Am happy i can still get on the game but i wish i knew whether to risk updating efforts, etc. Please keep us players posted on this issue so we don't have a totally unexpected repeat of the previous rollback.

I don't care how much Ubisoft calls this a Beta, once they open subscriptions to the general public and start taking real money for microtransaction goods, it qualifies as a released, commercial product. It's not reasonable to tell people to treat their personal machines like they are in Ubi's test lab, clearing cookies and cache. Here's a tip; don't release software to the public, and especially don't start charging for it, if it isn't reliable and you can't maintain it.
