It's been a week since Ive been able to log in. A WEEK. Ive been checking everyday. I need my Settlers fix please.
This fixing of yours made more players unable to log in. Before this, i had no problems, now i cant see my island for more than 10 seconds. Somebody should tell us something!
Yesterday I could log in fine. Now, when I log in I get "server zone crashed" "An error was detected in this zone. Please try again.". I have tried again repeatedly, in a different browser, cleared cache/cookies.
Yesterday I had an open VtV with 7 hours left on the clock. When I tried to visit it, I got the server crashed message. Now it has expired I get the message at login
I've had that bug a few times in the past when trying to visit an adventure. That's what I tried telling them in my support ticket, because it seems similar to that and might be the reason i've been getting the same, "Server Zone crashed" window during the log in queue for the past 4 days.Quote:

Hi, I thought this problem should have been fixed by now or at least "UBISoft & BB" was a professional company that know how to take care of there costumer.
It can't be to much to ask for a couple of updates a day.... just to "please" us who can't log in... can it?
I've never experienced a company with such poor customer service and it's sad because I liked this game.
So an update please It's NOT to much to ask for....
Btw everything worked fine (just a bit slow uploading) before this roll back...

Sorry guys but I have to say this: Generating SPAM in Technical thread won't help at all. It only makes it difficult to check if someone has posted any solution or a useful advice. 41 page already and I guess half of the posts are "Oh what a bad customer service style". Isn't there a more appropriate forum section for this? And again I understand it's annoying and so on. I'm sitting in the same s***, but you make it even more difficult than it already is.

I have put in 2 mails here and asking what's going on...
The reason to this 2 mails is just because I don't know anything so to be humble and honest do you think there would be 41 pages with upset people asking the same questions...IF they have had a couple of updates a day?
My first mail is on pages 6 and my 2 mail is on this page witch is 41.

btw I run a company myself and I wouldn't let my costumer wait this long for an answer...
Been getting the "server zone crashed" message as well since the rollback. Given the XP I see just before it kicks me out, wonder if I was in the middle of an adventure...but can't say anything for certain. Cleared cookies/cache, no luck...I think we need an old priest, a young priest and a very large hammer ;)
still getting the connection failed screen

my game is real sluggish,nothing in real time,everything has delayed reaction.have a hard time building or buffing anything,.adventuring is impossible,.i have cleaned cookies and cache,it hasn t helped,and only happenning to me on zeus server.

Please BB give us some feedback, i love this game but i don't know if it worth coming here every day and see only complaints and no feedback. Lets us know if the problems are being solved.

Hello there, everyone. We wanted to let you know that we've been working nonstop on resolving this issue and really do apologize for the delay. Thank you for your patience and for posting here with information - particularly if you have cleared your cache. We'll give you an update at 12pm (noon) EST today at the very latest.
I still can't log in. It keeps redirecting me to the page that tells me that connecting to the server failed

I am able to log in ... but it was requiring many attempts
I have been losing my chat since the reset ... periodically it will give me a message in my news that the chat server is no longer available ... when it does this ... my friends at the bottom of the screen flicker. This specific issue was happening about every 15 minutes after I was finally able to successfully log in and stay connected. The frequency of this issue has diminished somewhat ... and i had already deleted all of my cache prior to these problems.
My specific issue is my marble deposit in sector 1 ... it shows "0" but it is not collapsed and I cannot tear it down and my geo will not find another marble deposit in sector 1. My temporary fix was to go ahead and move that marble mason closer to another deposit ... but that does not actually fix the issue.

Followed VampireMuffinMan's post. Logged out of game page.Logged out of facebook. Rebooted computer and am now able to log into the
zeus server.
still can not log in.
Receiving "Server Zone Crashed" message for 3 days now. Deleted cache in IE, Firefox, Chrome & Safari with no success. Tried logging combinations of logging out and reboot... have not made it work. I was able to log in one time last Saturday and have not been able to log in since. Still waiting for a fix.
Apparently, I can log back in but finding half of my troops are missing. I've been looking for them everywhere. In the generals, barracks, and I'm not doing any adventures atm. I don't know if it's a glitch or not; so, I wonder if anyone else is having the same problem?
If clearing your cache isn't doing the trick, may I suggest a step further:
Start, Run, type in CMD
(Or hold the windows key and hit R) and type CMD
Opens DOS prompt. Type in ipconfig /flushdns
Might be worth a shot, once it learned to go to the "server not found" page after clicking 'Play Now', it may go to that every time unless you give it this little extra nudge. Couldn't hurt ~~
I am still having connection problems

And I get sent to the http://www.thesettlersonline.net/en/homepage link, so I have to log in again
I tried for different adventures but I always get this behaviour, even for an adventure that my explorer found just some hours ago...

Hi I'm acer196009 and I still cannot log on to game .I was not having any problems before system was taken down now I get message failure to log into server.Please help
i still cant log in , my husband got in on firefox , but he is still havin issues so he has shut the island down, all i get is a blank page when i try to log in , would just like to get in and shut things down until this is fixed
