I get the failed connection message as well. Only us IE
still can not log in
I haven't been able so sign in for the last 5 days!!! I would love to go back but I just simply can't!!!

Hello, everyone. Popping in to give you a quick update; unfortunately we still don't have an ETA on resolving the issues, but we're working nonstop to get it done. Will update you all at noon EST, at the latest.

Unfortunately no new information is available at this time. Apologies, but we are working on it nonstop! Will give another update at 3pm EST.

Unfortunately nothing more to report as to an ETA at this time. That said, in case anyone missed it earlier, I would like to reiterate the following:
If you are still having log in issues, please try to log out on the main site (http://www.thesettlersonline.net/) and then log back in. If that does not work, please post here so we can look into it.
i still cant log in either.been a week now.... apparently the quate that says.. "THE GAME IS UP AND RUNNING" is a ******** smoke screen
I can log in now, no more "Server Zone crashed", but i have no generals and no soldiers.

Cant log in. I Still get the connection Error message
I am able to log into the game now, no 'problem with this zone' error.... BUT I am missing all of my Generals (9) and 2000 of my army. They are no where to be found. There is no Adventure running in my Quest tab, there are no General icons in my Star Menu, it shows "Total Military" as 3255 and yet i really have only 1200.Quote:

Hi, I'm in again thank you for that.
Now to another problem as i guess many have; My Island have sink, no general what so ever... should I call the police and ask them to help me find them or are you going to help me...I think they miss my good food and humble attitude.
I had failed adventure now and think my Generals are some how stuck on the adventure .
I had 3 normal Generals and 1 Battle Harden General also I have around 1k gems missing
Do i need to send a support ticket for this and all the items I have lost
If any of you have recently been able to log in (first, yay!) and now find you are missing Generals or cannot log into your island, please send one support ticket in so they can look into the matter for you.
i have tried shutting down, rebooting. clean cookies and cache. still nada. i am getting very tired not getting on. the fact that i have spent over 500 dollars on this game ., i feel some sort of answer should be forthcoming.
The "Play Now" button seems to be broken. I click on it, and no response. I tried sending in a ticket, but that gave me an error message as well, and I don't think my ticket went through. I've rebooted, cleaned my cache and cookies, not sure what to try next. Any suggestions? Thanks!

still...it still wont let me sign in. seriously? its been days since the server "came back online" i do like this game alot but jeeze give me a break
Using Chromes cleared cookies and cache still no luck you're losing me here.

I have been getting this for the last three days.
Fourth Day - Still receiving "Server Zone Crashed" message. Deleted cache / cookies in IE, Firefox, Chrome & Safari with no success. Tried combinations of logging out and reboot... have not made it to work. I am beginning to think there is something wrong with my Account as others appear to be able to log in.
I still get the connection failed screen.
