For those of you still unable to log in:
Many of you are my friends, so I'm going to put it out there in hopes that you may try it. You do not have to, it is totally up to you. I use a free program, called CCleaner, that you can try downloading from filehippo website. Remember where it downloads to, then click to install it. Push continue then English (or preferred language) then next, then agree. The next screen you'll want to have the two boxes, "Add Desktop Shortcut" & "Automatically Check For Updates to CCleaner", checked those two. Then push install. The next screen will say run & read the notes, go ahead & do both if you'd like. Then click Finish. Here the program pops up. If you want advanced things because you aren't too computer savvy feel free to ask, but I won't cluster this thread with more directions. There is a button on the bottom right that says Run Cleaner. Do that & RESTART your computer after it finishes. RESTART the entire computer.... I know it's an awful lot of things to go through, the program is good, and it may solve more than just this problem for you... Faster speeds & such.
Now for all of you who don't know or trust me; I'm truly sorry you cannot log into the game. I hope it gets better for you

5th Day Morning - Still receiving "Server Zone Crashed" message - cannot bypass to get to my island. Any status on a fix?
Still get connection failed after clearing cache.

That is a great program and i use it often, but it will not solve the login issues most are experiencing. CCleaner did not fix it for me, it is a problem on the server end. While i was not able to play my account because of the "problem with this zone" error, my friend was able to log into his account and play using the same computer and browser I tried.Quote:

The garrisons I had that weren't working and are now gone, not in star menu so they are not going to or coming back from a previous adventure. and the population is still not right.

I have done everything suggested. I can log in,but as stated above the 4 garrisons are missing now, my population isn't right. I have sent pictures to support, proving the issues. This is a new issue to the one I was having where the garrisons couldn't be accessed and showed as enemies, they are not in star menu so they aren't traveling. The population is entirely messed up. Which I also had pictures of. How do you play a game where your goal is to level up and everything you had to do so has disappeared???????

I have tried to log in and will not work.I can play other browser games just fine. Ubisoft now has my money and I cant play and now have to wait to november to get a fix. I would like to get my money and play some other games.
