Still Having Issues After Rollback

Still can NOT log in. This crazy! We have 16 pages of folks not able to log in and not a single reply Settlers. I guess we don't mean JACK to them.

-_- pissing me off now im mocuh time .... 2 day not working lot of lost progress -_- when i get bck do will i have to run like hell to fix everything does it gonna work proprely i mean lot of player that are able to log are complaining of lot of glitch and bug -_-

I'm using internet explorer - have made repeated attempts to log in - cleared out my browser and still cannot log in - Sorry for the second message but thought it might be more helpful if I provided details. Good luck

Ok...after having confronted this problem twice already in the year I have been playing this game this is what I had to do just now for the second time. Get a friend you trust a lot and have them log into your island. I am not sure what it is, but somehow it unlocks whatever problem is causing people to not be able to get in. I had to do this before when I got tossed to the UK server along with a bunch of other people. This is what works, try it. BB is not gonna solve your problem.

I was able to log in this afternoon. Tonight, however, log in to the server has been unsuccessful after a number of tries using IE, Firefox & Chrome (with Cache/history deleted). I get as far as the Tip Of The Day screen. Just as it is about to connect to the game, a message box appears. On this box, the title is Server Zone Crashed. The body reads: "An error was detected on this zone. Please Try Again." I click on the OK button, a message box appears on the upper left briefly - Server Call Failed. Then back to the Welcome screen (still logged in).

Please advise. Thank You.

I can't log in either...

I am from Ontario, Canada. It is 10 PM Oct 8. I tried to log in and still unable to. Is this a regional problem or local?

Its been since Thursday since I could not play the game cause of connection fail and so I better get to collect my 7 day bonus where on the 7th day I get to collect 45 gems cause its not my fault that I cant play the game and if I have to start all over with day 1 I will not be very happy. I cleaned out my cache and cookies so I know its not my computer or internet that is making it so I cant play. Please fix this problem cause I am really bored from not playing this game. I am doing well on this game and would like to continue to do well.

* deleted cookies(in protest) and history, both of which should not have been required and guess what??? thats right still cant log in, i DEMAND A FULL REFUND ON ALL MY PURCHASES BECAUSE I WILL NOT PAY TO PLAY A GAME I CANT EVEN LOG INTO, THIS IS INSANE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!
