I still cannot get in to the game
I was able to log in yesterday for a while, today - no such luck. I cleared all my cookies and restarted my browser several times and still nothing. I've been trying to log in for over two hours and I'm giving up now. I hope it's fixed soon.
Still unable to log on. I have cleared cache, but the same connection failed screen comes up...
this is bull s@#@ after 4 days , still get on are you guys even trying to fix it i doubt it
If you're using facebook login try to logout and login again. Then try to enter the game.

i was able to login fine before the server outage but now i am not able to login using firefox and already cleared cache.
I logged in yesterday afternoon. Played for several hours while I got all my mines working and fields planted. Did a few trades, emails, whisper chats. No problems noted and no connection issues.
I am having an issue today with starting an adventure. Everything else seems to be working OK. When I try to start an adventure, I get the server connection failed error. I am able to log right back in. I tried starting two adventures, several times. IotP and WotS. I am able to click the Start Adventure button and the adventure window closes. A few seconds later - dingdingding. I deleted all of my IE history, cookies etc. and tried again. Same problem. The other odd thing is that I have 3 inert garrisons in addition to my active general garrisons.
I apologize if this was already posted. I did not see this problem reported while scanning the 25 pages of 'can't log in' posts.

Update: I tried again to start an adventure today, and it is still kicking me out. I also notice that my daily quest is not working. I get the quest, it is completed, but the only button on the quest is 'Close'. Today it was Build 1 well. I built the well [regular well made with stones and pinewood planks], several in fact, and the quest will not complete.
Update 10/8: Today my daily quest started working. yay - Last night a guild member invited me to a sftr adventure. We played it coop and for the most part, things went as planned. I noticed a couple of odd things. My ability to transfer was limited as if my garrisions had a larger footprint that normal. In another instance I observed my general attack one camp, but the mail showed I had attacked another camp and then the camp I thought I had defeated respawned - though the camp the server said I defeated was now gone. After the adventure ended, I got my exp and loot but I am still unable to start an adventure myself.

Clearing the cache and cookies worked for me. I am able to connect and get my fix again.
ok i think it is a flash player problem update your flashplayer. I did and now i can log in.
My game is freezing from time to time so I must hit 'ctrl+f5'.
While chat box doesn't have that problem. I can read and write there all the time

While I have never had problems logging in, I've had this problem happen when someone is buffing my island & I try to go to an adventure. Refresh normally fixes it.Quote:

Hi, Still can't play. It gets as far as second loading screen and gets stuck. Using safari on mac.
i've deleted the cache and the cookies and now when i log in i only get a blue screen and a loop background sound. i there anyone with the same problem?

I never had any problems before you took the server off-line, now I can't log in. I cleared cookies and cache, still getting connection failed screen.

Clear Cache, Log out. log in again. reload game, then log out in again. do the hokey pokey and spin yourself around. that will get you back on.
I have tried for five days to log in and it says error and no matter what i do it will not let me get in i am sure all my stuff is gone lol
