Do not buy gems tell they make things right this is our only power here, make them fix there screw up!
im not impressed at all with this, waited days for things to be fixed and took 1 look at my storehouse and loged back off. Seems that we were not only rolled back but also robbed....
say we are not going to buy, and don't. It's the only thing that will get there attention
well, my Birthday is in a few days and i was getting a gem pit. Looks like that money is going to the new game i found while this one was broken.
I guess these guys never heard of VM Ware and timely backups. I still think their db is corrupted. If the server was rolled back, I should have lost a level but I didn't. Yet, some things that are missing should not be- like I lost 50 map fragments but I haven't been looking for adventures for a while so they should not have been affected. I think things still are not right and it could happen again.
I can't even get into the game, but I can probably still buy gems ... not that I will.
I can log in but have major lag problems now and no its not my connection cause everything else is just fine, same thing happened right before they had the problem.
I bought gems last week. I have 1700 lost gems now.
Yeah, they messed up bad...still got tons of players locked out, log in issues, chat issues...all it did was rip us off...and make the game worse...
On top of that, my chat ban in Ares has killed my game there since I no longer have access to the TT. lol
agreed, tis crap that all this goes down and no compensation for the troubles of their paying players
not that theres anything wrong with free to play... just saying without the gem buyers there would be no game and no basis for the free players
I guess you can't expect much more from a free game, even though i have spent enough on it to buy 2 or 3 'real games'. The lack of communication about what is wrong and the progress they are making fixing speaks volumes to me as a business owner and developer. There are two ways to deal with this: 1. With complete honesty and transparency as in "We have been compromised by (insert reason here) It may be several days before we are operational, We will provide updates and bulletins each hour" or 2. Be vague and uncommunicative in the hopes that people will eventually calm down and wait for the fix to happen. In scenario 1, you apt to lose a few impatient customers. In scenario 2 you will anger and frustrate all players and the potential losses will be devastating. I am only a casual player who has been playing since the summer and although I am relatively patient and understanding of 'technical issues', this frustrates even me. I am not waiting for an answer nor will I subject myself to this sort of problem again. The whole point of this game for me was to have a relaxing, virtual problem-solving exercise, a bit like tending a garden or fish tank with out all of the prep and expense. With this blackout, and the promise of others like it, I can see that i will have to find a more reliable solution. Thanks for letting me say my piece, I did enjoy the game very much when I was playing it.
This game has had issues for a long time this is just one of many that I view are going to keep compounding unless we send them a clear message. "Don't **** with your player base", "Don't piss all over your player base" unless you happen to have a wet wipe handy (extremely generous compensation package) that you use right away, not wait 2-3 days while everyone abandons ship.

I have Money in the game. Sure I thought a week ago it was worth it. Now I am regretting my purchase of Gems :(
epsilon think they are reffering to the compensation package not the tech issue
