Every time I attempt to build a building some random icon pops up in my queue and forces the building to restart. I have tried clearing the queue, restarting my browser and clearing cache and cookies and nothing has worked. Heres a screen shot of the building that keeps preventing my buildings from completing.
What is going on?.....
