CAN NOT Log In

To whomever cares,

I have been unable to log onto my account since the server crashed. Up until that time I had absolutely no problems. In fact, there are only a handful of days since I started that I have missed. I am not a "Cash" player, although I did invest about $100 US. So my big point is how can it be over a week and still I can not log on to check my island, or even to start it as I would hope they didnt turn it on and run my wells and fields dry. Really would be nice to have access to play at least to give away my supplies and help my friends. Over a week, I have tried every single day to get back on at least once a day usually twice.

still cant log in since sept 30th.....

I still cant log in. Just says server zone crash

Same thing happened to me. Cant log since 12/10/12. Need a solution. ASAP
