[Ubi Official] New Trade System Feedback

I quite like the new system. I think the 24 hour trading probation for newly added friends should be optional. It's fine to offer that protection (in fact, I might even like it for random friend requests), but please let us choose to override it if we'd like to.

Other than that, I've been able to do quite a bit of selling (and buying ;D) today and had a good time with it. It takes a bit more effort to calculate value, but the process of selling things takes less time overall, so it evens out. I love being able to put up a few trades and just let it go. Babysitting the game for 10+ minutes every time I put up a trade in the old system was one of the worst parts of the game for me.

My trade history has been working fine, but I know others have had trouble with it, so that's something to look into.

As for sorting the columns, one of my guildmates said to click the column header 3 times to get it to stay sorted while turning the pages. I have no idea why it would work that way, but it seemed to when I tried it.

Oh, and I think some people are confused about the times given - it's no longer a countdown, it now gives you the expiry time for the listing.

- I'd love to see a price/unit column (the user column is not that useful really)
- The history tab is not working
- Posted offers do not expire and their time does not decrease

Yeah I also think a price per unit column would be useful.

As for posted offers time... that isn't time remaining, that is the time the offer will expire at.

Example: offer time says 19:56

This means it will expire at 7:56pm EST. ;)

so if you post an offer right now... at 3:55pm EST... the offer will say it expires at 21:55 (9:55 pm EST which is 6 hrs from now). ;)

i like the new market, but there are still some bugs to be fixed such as history tab and sorting, filters have some complications sometimes too.
i would like to receive a pm informing when someone hits my trade, instead of just that warning on the news tab or history tab

That is assuming that they are using EST for server time. They have been using PST. It would be helpful if they would tell us that small piece of information.

Really like the idea of any amount up to your total storehouse in trade. Let the free market determine the price and for those of you who cannot cope with that I am guessing you struggle in real life too. As for the 24 hour wait I do not understand the point. What is a good idea is players under lvl X (30 or 36) must wait 24 hours if you want and the higher lvl players can trade right away. This may hurt gem sellers tho and I would just remove it completely and just deal with the complainers and ban the cheaters after 5 complaints. Forget selling loot spots unless its in guild.

Things to ponder in a constructive manner:
1) If it costs 3 GC for a rented slot does that mean I can "buy" a permanent (reusable) slot for 9 Gems?
2) As a person who has suffered from a brain injury if I make a mistake how do I reverse it? Say buying 300 Steel Swords for 3000 GC because I misread the numbers.
3) As the most universal currency why isn't there a way to filter out purchase prices that involve gold? Or for that matter any filter of purchase prices?
4) Why can't I apply a negative search? (I want basic items but don't want oh lets say stones and pinewood lumber so i select basic items on the checklist and type in the search area -lumber -stone)
5) Why isn't it a little more obvious how to sell more than 1 stack of items at a time and why limit it to 4 stacks? (the old system was far superior in this as I list 40 tools for 40 gold coins and if I sold it 36 times I got 36 x 40 gold coins (not a real sale just an example))

6) 24 hour wait = a bunch of ripoff artists changing to an extended plan where they make the deals wait 24 hours get the big item and then log off.

Well it's EST for me... dunno if that has anything to do with the fact I am in the Eastern time zone.

Just one problem with the new Trade: not all items are available to request from market when putting up a sale. Ex. Angel monument. Therefore it cannot be gifted to players who have been friends for less then 24 hours.

All rare items should be in the market window.

Only thing I can say negative about the new trade system is the History isn't working for me. Players need to chill on price values. 80% of the deals are super high for anyone
