today i log in and find i have extras 700 mililtarys in my mayors house for no reason, i check the troops untils they only have 570 in total.
but the mayors house says i have pop of 1500/ 1300????????
i didnt make them. its pushing my pop over . i cant make any more troops . or have any settlers for wells or miners!
how do i fixed this bug??/?????
fanta3, they must be mine, cuz they lost over 600 of my guys along with 4 garrisons.

Don't think they know fanta, they have no answers for me. I can't make guys either because of the ones I have missing, it maxed out my population. But they did send me a nice email, telling me to enjoy the game as it is. And they would replace one of the four generals they lost on me. Not that it does me any good, cuz I can't make troops!!!! Send in a ticket to support,not that it makes things any different, but you maybe the lucky one they help. They have a way of insulting your intelligence.

Seems like a pretty bad bug. Try cleaning out your Cache and Cookies and then re-log back into the game. If it doesn't work, let me know.
BTW... I see you play Starcraft... You play Online as well and do oyu have Xfire? :o

If you go to your history, you should beable to clean your cache and cookies from there. or go to tools.
I can't remember, considering I've stopped using firefox.
Click on options, Privacy tab to clear cache and cookies in Firefox
ok i deleted everything caches and cookies still the same =(

Sorry you were talking about Starcraft. Fanta3, this seems like it may be an easy fix for you here, you will probably need to sacrifice some units in an adventure to bring your population under your maximum limit. this is the only quick fix I can think of for you at this time.
DiggumGraves, I will take over your ticket and see what I can do for you, our tools cannot resolve everything but I will try to address this bug the best that I can with the tools given to me.

I see your point. Have you tried Spawning more overlords? All joking aside, this seems a little more complex then when I initially glanced at the screen shot. You will definitely need to create more residences to resolve this issue temporarily until the development team can further address the issue. I will grab your tickets and try to help you further through that form of communication.

Same **** here... I obviously got 1000+ Dark templars ahm invisible soldiers i can not see, use, kill/sacrifice or do anything else about them. And that "build additional houses" doesn’t help much if you already have around 0 licenses and it needs 20+ lv3 Nobles just to cover this.

Tried:
Recruiting new units. Doesn’t help. Adds them to the current amount and doesn’t recalculate it.
Loosing recruits in adventure. Doesn’t help. Subtracts loses from current amount and doesn’t recalculate it.
Demolishing/Building new houses only affects max limit. Doesn’t recalculate anything.
Demolishing any civilian buildings only add +1 free settler even if it is above max limit. Obviously doesn’t recalculate anything.

starcaller we should demand Compensation. our island is stucked cant make any settlers.. they should give us 5000 free settlers when its fix !

Well they are launching Halloween Update tommorow so maybe they will fix this aswell. Otherwise what else this "Database Bug Fixes" (usual line in Patch Notes) means.Quote:

Haha fanta3. Even though your offer seems great, I don't think that will work. I am still missing my generals and troops, your not alone. Another update, we may find what ever remaining troops and generals gone. After all Halloween is to be a scary thing!!

Wtf, you telling me you got fixed with the event patch and i didn't? I not mad just hope they slowly working their way to my island, i have 3 generals missing along with 200 calv and 200 soldiers. I'm sure the units were assigned to 2 of the 3 missing generals. BB Fix me please!!@!@!@!@!@!@!@!@!@!@
