OK no responses to my ticket requests for gems owed after rollback
I'm writing this somewhat in haste, after the rollback and the server was back online it seems to me what i can tell that the rollback went back about 2 weeks appx.
IN my ticket claim to ubi i provided receipts of payment for gems on the 28th and 29th and oct 3 there was one earlier around the 22 or so however i received that one back when server came back on line. The sad thing here is im not talking about the 8k coal i lost ect.. ect.. im talking about the gems i payed for and didnt get to use or should i say was taken from me in a failed rollback attempt that by the sounds of things didnt solve anything.
I submitted my ticket with proof of purchases on the 8th and then again reaquired yesterday why are they playing this out thy way they are they claim they have a second server that handles purchases thats fine u know what date you rolled back to any purchases made after that give the people there gems back honestly i think its getting pretty sad. im not sure about the rest of you but i have my purchase receipts and sent them on the 8th requesting my gems be replaced only to have bb-mods tell me oh its gonna be a while weve received thousands really.
you've received thousands of request that gave you exact purchases details dates times ect, no it sounds like to me were all getting excuse after excuse which is sad because the transaction time to buying gems to receiving them IE money in bb ubi bank is 4 seconds i made a purchase the other day just to check.
However we as players as in my case lost 60 bucks worth of gems cant get my gems back within a weeks time what does that say about the game towards the players and what does that say about how much they really have records of these things??????
