Ground Hog Day for my General

Couldnt find One of my Gens, rebooted the game, found him in star, had to place him again on Island, Now he builds his Garrison to 30% and it stop's. He then reappears over by the trees on his horse, Rides it over to the now un-built Garrison and it then starts all over again!!

Painful, I need him for The Nords

Anyone else having problems like this? How can I fix it?

May as well have lost him, he's not any good for anything
