Just a quick reminder, guys. The entries are AWESOME so far!! That said, remember we need you to have your avatar name in the picture itself. That's a mandatory requirement according to the first post.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but someone's got to call out Supermind for his fake post. That pumpkin he posted is blatantly photoshopped. Bits of pumpkin do not levitate, unattached, when you carve one.
Will his entry be removed?
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but calling out supermind saying its photoshopped on a pumpkin that was carved with SCRAPING, and calling it fake makes you a bad person. SHE did scrape carving, its perfectly legit, not fake at all. There was nowhere in the rules that scraping was not allowed either, its a legit carving. When a candle is inserted the thin walls glow. Hey bryenne, thats a very serious accusation and I can guarantee you that is 100% original carved pumpkin and it wasn't photoshoped. I spent 2 evenings carving the pumpkin and took a photo with my Canon 60d camera. I used exacto knife and I can send you step by step instruction how I did it, so you can do it yourself exactly the same. I did not cut all the way through and I used 3 candles. I think it's just plain rude to accuse someone for being creative and have skills with knife and camera without any proof. Apology accepted. :)
